Boxen II beschäftigt sich, wie die vorangegange Serie Boxes, mit Plastikverpackungen. Die Funktion liegt hauptsächlich darin den Inhalt für kurze Zeit zu schützen und zu transportieren. Ist der Zweck erfüllt, landet es unbedacht im Müll. Entkontextualisiert man die Formen jedoch, sind Zweck und Herkunft teilweise schon nicht mehr erkennbar.
Boxes II, like the previous Boxes series, deals with plastic packaging. The main function is to protect and transport the content for a short time. If the purpose is fulfilled, it ends up in the garbage. However, if the forms are de-contextualized, the purpose and origin are sometimes no longer recognizable.
